My stay was exceptional! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was spacious with great amenities like a fridge and TV. The staff, especially Miss Rose, provided swift and efficient service at check-in and check-out. The delicious breakfast buffet offered plenty of options to start my day right.

Enjoyed the amazing buffet breakfast with plenty of Indian food options, especially the parata. Thanks to the outstanding service from staff like Raj, Rafiq, and particularly Ms. Von, who constantly checked to see if we needed anything. The location made it easy to explore the city and access nearby shops and restaurants. However, I faced some issues with housekeeping. On my first day, I requested extra towels and blankets multiple times, but they took too long to arrive. Even on the last day, arranging a ride to the airport was a struggle. Additionally, while the hotel is under the Accor group, the quality of the blankets could be improved. Overall, the food was fantastic, but service timing needs attention.

excellent location but slow housekeeping
I really appreciated how accommodating the staff were regarding my early check-in request. Arriving tired, I was grateful that the front desk was able to provide the room by 11:00 AM. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring a variety of dishes, including delicious local flavors that enhanced my experience. Moreover, the city view from the room was absolutely stunning, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was somewhat slow during my stay.
